       I am so impressed with Matt and Window Designs.  I had kind of a tricky situation and Matt was really skillful in figuring out what I needed and getting me set up!       Matt & Emily were great to work with, and I’m so glad to enjoy the added privacy and shading. Only 1 technical issue: the tool to pull & push up or down for my bedroom blind wasn’t correct. It was angled in a way to make raising/lowering it difficult. But another customer had an extra tool from M&E’s installation that now does the job.

      Matt installed two Hunter Douglas Roller Shades on our sliders. I can’t be happier with the slides and couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Matt is very personable and highly professional. He installed the shades, downloaded and connected the shades to my IPhone and set the shades on my Alexa account. I’m a NC transplant from NJ (little more than 1 year) and I met Lee and Donna through my daughter-in-law, Deitra, their neighbor. Deitra recommended them to do the window treatment for my new condo, as they had done beautiful work for her. My condo window treatments consisted of a wall — all windows — from ceiling to floor and Lee recommended vertical blinds. For the balcony door he also installed vertical blinds. They work well for me in allowing the privacy that I need. Eventually, I will look into getting valances, draperies, pillows, etc. Everything was done quickly from measuring, ordering to installing and it was a pleasure to work with Lee and Donna. I highly recommend them.

They were very personable and knowledgeable of all the products available. Window Designs recently installed wood blinds and draperies for me. I was so impressed with every aspect! Lee and Donna were so helpful and seemed to really appreciate our business.
